Reply · Report PostApparently the Fairmont Hotel is planning to make some changes to bring in more revenue. Since the 20 years old, owners refused to change anything, except to request that water bottles were no longer made from straw.

One of the hotels many problems is that it’s too expensive for anyone but a few (especially from the city) and at times, too confining for many who aren’t very tall.

One of the changes they’re proposing to do is to charge for parking. No it’s not a metered parking lot either, if you park in the wrong spots, then you’ll be charged.

This is a bit much, I know. How about no parking, or do what the other hotels do? Accommodate people who can’t pay to park, and don’t stay at the hotel.

I know, hard to do when you’ve got the expensive rooms, but they must have options.
